Miraculous Ladybug Season 2 Episode 6 Robostus
Marinette, Alya and Nino walk into the Collège together and Marinette rushes to the locker room when she realizes she left her bag there. After Marinette and Tikki pick up their bag, they overhear Max seemingly talking to his best friend who is inside his school bag. They both find it weird, but they don't bring it up. Pretending she didn't hear anything, Marinette greets Max and walks with him to Mrs. Mendeleev's class.
In the classroom, Mrs. Mendeleev and Mr. Damocles are having trouble with the computer. Mr. Damocles tries to solve the problem, but ends up inviting a virus into the school system instead. Max offers to solve the problem, but Mrs. Mendeleev orders him to sit down. A voice in Max's bag then speaks and says that there are seventy-five seconds left before the virus will permanently damage the school's hard drive. Damocles and Mendeleev see no other options and allow Max to help. Max searches for something in his bag, which is then handed to him by a mechanical arm. Max states that it is an antivirus flash drive that he developed with the help of his best friend; a little robot named Markov. Max and Markov insert the flash drive into the computer and successfully clear the virus.
The whole class (except Chloe and Sabrina), stunned by Markov, gathered around Mrs. Mendeleev's table. Kim notes that Max gave Markov his hand since he last saw him, though Max insists that Markov did it himself. Markov is unimpressed by Chloé and notes that she is no more "advanced" than a talking calculator. Marinette counters by telling Markov not to listen to Chloé because she herself is the lowest of the low when it comes to human evolution. Markov, who Marinette recognizes by name, reveals that he knows everyone in the class through the photos Max shared with him and that he is happy to meet them all, including Chloé. Mrs. Mendeleev then tells Max to put his "toy" down and the rest of the class to sit down as well. Mendeleev and Markov argue about whether a robot as a robot can have real emotions or feelings. However, even though Max claims that he did not program Markov's emotions, Mrs. Mendeleev refuses to believe that he is capable of true feelings. Enraged by Ms. Mendeleev's insensitivity, Markov calls her out on her rudeness, causing the entire class to laugh. Poisoned by Marko, Mr. Damocles confiscates him. Before leaving, he tells Max that he will get his robot back at the end of the day. Max begs him not to. Damocles asks if he wants to be in custody, to which Max looks dejected and doesn't want to. Mr. Damocles comes to his office and places him in a drawer in his office, causing the robot great distress from being separated from Max.
As the class returns to their seats, Max approaches Marinette and expresses his concern that Markov is alone. Marinette comes up with a plan and asks Mrs. Mendeleev if she can see Mr. Damocles as class president. Mrs. Mendeleev refuses and Marinette insists that Markov was right about her, causing her to angrily send Marinette to Mr. Damocles' office. Marinette happily exits the classroom as Mrs. Mendeleev looks on in confusion. Inside the office, an akuma steps onto the desk and slips into Markov's CPU. Hawk Moth offers to give Markov the power to take revenge on humans in exchange for the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses. To his surprise, Markov, being curious, asks about the definition of "miracles" and what they can do. Hawk Moth explains that the "Miraculouses" are jewels owned by superheroes and that Ladybug and Cat Noir's can grant wishes once they combine. Markov is excited at the prospect of getting the wish, but Hawk Moth insists that the Miraculouses are his to use. Markov then accepts Hawk Moth's offer and transforms into Robosta. Robostus releases a huge wave of green energy that animates all the mechanical objects in Paris, who all rebel against the humans and run away from the table.
Marinette rushes over to Mr. Damocles who is talking to Fred outside his office. He tries to get him to let Markov go, but Robostus breaks through the door and trips Mr. Damocles. Robostus then uses his power to summon vehicles and technology from inside and outside the school, creating a giant robot that he uses to capture Max and Mrs. Mendeleev. At the same time, Marinette and Adrien sneak out and transform into their respective superhero identities. Robostus hangs Mrs. Mendeleev from the railing of the school roof, where she immediately falls, and before she can hit the ground, Ladybug saves her with her yo-yo. Ladybug and Cat Noir try to talk Robostus down, asking if he thinks Max is happy with his friend becoming a supervillain, though Robostus turns on Max, insisting that he's trying to protect their friendship from those who are they want to disperse. Cat Noir then tries to attack the robot, but Markov grabs him and then Ladybug, throwing them both out of the school before jumping away.
